ListAuthors returns the platform's whole author program — every org's author record, not the caller's — with each one's repository and deploy counts and a fleet roll-up of the money accrued, pending and paid.
It is a Hanzo platform operation: a caller who is not a SuperAdmin gets 403. It exposes the owning org of each author, which no tenant-facing read ever does.

Arguments
| Field | Type | Required | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
limit | integer | — | — | Limit bounds the page. 0 or less means the default of 500; anything above 1000 is clamped to 1000. |
This tool's schema does not declare which fields are required, nor any default, nor any enumerated value set. The columns above are empty because the door publishes nothing there, not because the answer is "none" — where a field is constrained, the constraint is stated in that field's own description.
Call it
A tools/call carries every argument in one flat object — nothing binds to a path or a query string. Every declared argument is shown, because the door marks none of them required.
