Hanzo

Comms

Hanzo in Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk — summarize threads and meetings and draft replies in the tools your team already uses.

Comms

Summarize threads, recap meetings, and draft replies inside the tools your team already lives in.

Slack

Mention @Hanzo in any channel or DM to ask a question, summarize a thread, or run an agent.

Connect — open the console, pick Slack, and Add to Slack to authorize the workspace over OAuth. Invite @Hanzo to the channels you want it in.

Zoom & Google Meet

Join a call to transcribe, summarize, and extract action items; the recap posts back to your workspace.

Connect — from the console, connect Zoom and/or Google Meet over OAuth and authorize calendar access so Hanzo can join scheduled meetings.

Microsoft Teams

Chat with Hanzo in Teams and summarize channels and meetings.

Install — in Teams: Apps → Manage your apps → Upload an app → Upload a custom app and select the ZIP (the Teams app package). Admins can publish it org-wide from the Teams admin center.

Zendesk

Draft replies, summarize tickets, and suggest macros from the agent sidebar.

Install (ZAF private app) — in Zendesk Admin: Apps and integrations → Apps → Zendesk Support apps → Upload private app and select the ZIP.

Newest installers are always on the latest release.

One identity, everywhere. Sign in with Hanzo (IAM OAuth) or paste a hk- API key. The same credential works in every Hanzo surface — see Integrations & Extensions.
