Counts what this org holds on the telephony plane: its numbers, its calls and
its messages. The one read a dashboard makes before it asks for any list, so
it answers three totals and no rows.

## Request

`GET /v1/tel/summary` takes no parameters and no body — the credential is the whole request.

## Response

| Status | Body | Meaning |
| --------- | --------------- | ------- |
| `200` | tel.summary | ok |
| `default` | problem-details | refused |

`200` body — 3 fields.

| Field | In | Type | Always | Description |
| ---------- | ---- | --------------- | ------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `calls` | body | integer (int64) | — | Calls is how many calls this org has placed or received, over its whole history — a running total, not a window. |
| `messages` | body | integer (int64) | — | Messages is the same running total for messages. |
| `numbers` | body | integer (int64) | — | Numbers is how many numbers this org holds right now. |

Failure carries the platform error shape — see [Errors](https://docs.hanzo.ai/docs/errors).
