Reports whether the caller has connected their own GitHub
account in the org they act in, and as whom.

## Request

`GET /v1/provider/github/user` takes no parameters and no body — the credential is the whole request.

## Response

| `expiresAt`   | body | string  | —      | ExpiresAt is when the current access token expires, RFC 3339 UTC.                   |
