Resolve jobs
Rules on a disputed job, as the platform's arbiter: release pays the seller the whole amount from the buyer's held authorization, if the payment still clears; refund ends it with nothing paid, and the amount set aside returns to the buyer's wallet.

hanzo has no subcommand for this operation — the CLI serves only what cloud's live route table confirms. Use HTTP or an SDK.
