Reports which signer this deployment mints with, and in which env.

It answers 200 whenever the process is up: there is nothing downstream to
probe, since KMS is read only when a token is actually minted. Its
value is the `signer` field — `"signer":"local"` on a production host says
that deployment is signing licenses with a development key, which is a
misconfiguration worth paging on rather than a healthy 200.

## Request

`GET /v1/licensing/healthz` takes no parameters and no body — the credential is the whole request.

## Response

| Status    | Body                 | Meaning |
| --------- | -------------------- | ------- |
| `200`     | licensing.HealthView | ok      |
| `default` | problem-details      | refused |

`200` body — 4 fields.

| Field     | In   | Type   | Always | Description                                                                 |
| --------- | ---- | ------ | ------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `env`     | body | string | —      | Env is the deployment environment ("dev" \| "staging" \| "prod").           |
| `service` | body | string | —      | Service is always "licensing".                                              |
| `signer` | body | string | — | Signer names where the signing key lives: "kms" or "local". |
| `status` | body | string | — | Status is "ok" whenever the process is up — this is not a dependency probe. |

Failure carries the platform error shape — see [Errors](https://docs.hanzo.ai/docs/errors).

if err != nil {
	return err
}
```
**.rs**
```rust

```
**.java**
```java
import ai.hanzo.cloud.ApiClient;
