Reports that the data room subsystem is up.

It answers before the bundle loads, holds no state and touches no store, so it
stays true in exactly the situation an operator is probing for. It says nothing
about whether a room can be OPENED — that is what the room operations answer —
because a liveness probe that fails on a dependency takes a working process out
of rotation.

## Request

`GET /v1/dataroom/health` takes no parameters and no body — the credential is the whole request.

## Response

| Status | Body | Meaning |
| --------- | ------------------------- | ------- |
| `200` | dataroom.dataroomLiveness | ok |
| `default` | problem-details | refused |

`200` body — 2 fields.

| Field | In | Type | Always | Description |
| --------- | ---- | ------ | ------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `service` | body | string | — | Service names the subsystem answering, so a probe response is attributable when several are collected together. |
| `status` | body | string | — | Status is `ok`. |

Failure carries the platform error shape — see [Errors](https://docs.hanzo.ai/docs/errors).
