Every command takes `--json` for the raw response and `--help` for its own flags. Sign in once with `hanzo auth login`; the commands below use that session, and the org they act in is the one it carries.

### Account

| `hanzo team account auth callback <provider>` | Complete a sign-in and hand the browser its session                                                  |
| `hanzo team account auth get <provider>`      | Start a sign-in at hanzo.id                                                                          |
| `hanzo team account cookie clear`             | Signs this browser out of team by expiring the HttpOnly account-token cookie the OAuth callback set. |
| `hanzo team account cookie replace`           | Store the session token as this browser's cookie                                                     |
| `hanzo team account create`                   | Read the caller's account and switch space                                                           |
| `hanzo team account providers`                | Returns the identity providers this deployment starts a login with.                                  |

### Billing

| `hanzo team billing plan` | Returns the plan and seat counts for the caller's OWN org, resolved from the VERIFIED team session token — never a client header. |

| `hanzo team collaborator rpc add <documentId>` | The collaborative-markup snapshot plane the Team front's editor speaks: createContent stores a document field's markup at a fresh, immutable blob ref and returns it, updateContent stores a new snapshot and answers nothing, and getContent reads back the exact snapshot a ref names. |

### Files

| `hanzo team files add <space>`                  | Upload a file into a space                  |
| `hanzo team files space get <space> <filename>` | Download a space file                       |
| `hanzo team files space rm <space> <filename>`  | Removes one blob from a space's file store. |

### Rooms

| Command                                 | What it does                                                                                                        |
| --------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo team rooms create`               | Opens a named room and answers it as the store now holds it.                                                        |
| `hanzo team rooms list`                 | Returns the rooms the caller may see, with the kind and work facet each carries.                                    |
| `hanzo team rooms messages create <id>` | Says one thing in a room, as the caller.                                                                            |
| `hanzo team rooms messages get <id>`    | Returns the tail of one room's conversation, oldest first, each message with its reactions, files and thread count. |
| `hanzo team rooms set <id>`             | States what a room is for: its lifecycle intent, and what it is about.                                              |

### Transactor

| `hanzo team transactor get <token>` | Open the space data-plane socket                                                                                                                                           |
| `hanzo team transactor statistics`  | Returns the transactor's live sessions for the space the caller's credential names — the endpoint the front's space switcher and server panel poll on the transactor base. |
