Referral ATTRIBUTION: who referred whom, and whether that referee ever became a real customer.

Every command takes `--json` for the raw response and `--help` for its own flags. Sign in once with `hanzo auth login`; the commands below use that session, and the org they act in is the one it carries.

| Command                | What it does                                                                     |
| ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo referral claim` | Records that the caller's org signed up through a referral code.                 |
| `hanzo referral get`   | Returns the caller's referral code, share link and the referrals they have made. |
