Hanzo Flow: build an agent workflow on a visual canvas, run it, and read every run.

Every command takes `--json` for the raw response and `--help` for its own flags. Sign in once with `hanzo auth login`; the commands below use that session, and the org they act in is the one it carries.

| Command             | What it does                                                             |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `hanzo flow status` | Reports whether the flow service is reachable and which version it runs. |

### Runs

| Command                  | What it does                                                                                                                                     |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `hanzo flow runs create` | Executes one of the caller's workflows synchronously: the graph runs in the flow service and the response carries the run's session and outputs. |
| `hanzo flow runs get`    | Reads one workflow's recorded runs: every component build with its result, keyed by component.                                                   |

### Workflows

| Command                                  | What it does                                                                                                       |
| ---------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `hanzo flow workflows create`            | Creates a workflow in the caller's org.                                                                            |
| `hanzo flow workflows get <workflow>`    | Reads one of the caller's workflows — the full record, graph included.                                             |
| `hanzo flow workflows list`              | Lists the caller's workflows, paged.                                                                               |
| `hanzo flow workflows rm <workflow>`     | Deletes one of the caller's workflows and its runs.                                                                |
| `hanzo flow workflows update <workflow>` | Patches one of the caller's workflows: name, description, graph, or the locked flag — only the stated fields move. |
