Your cap table: stakeholders, share classes, grants, SAFEs, rounds, and who owns what.

Every command takes `--json` for the raw response and `--help` for its own flags. Sign in once with `hanzo auth login`; the commands below use that session, and the org they act in is the one it carries.

| Command                      | What it does                                        |
| ---------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo captable investments` | Returns the caller org's investments, newest first. |
| `hanzo captable summary`     | Computes the caller org's cap table.                |

### Classes

| Command                              | What it does                                               |
| ------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo captable classes create`      | Defines a new class of shares.                             |
| `hanzo captable classes list`        | Returns the caller org's share classes, in creation order. |
| `hanzo captable classes update <id>` | Replaces one share class's terms.                          |

### Company

| Command                          | What it does                                                  |
| -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo captable company get`     | Returns the caller org's cap-table company record.            |
| `hanzo captable company replace` | Sets the caller org's company name and incorporation details. |

### Convertibles

| Command                               | What it does                                                                                                                  |

| `hanzo captable convertibles create`  | Records a convertible note.                                                                                                   |
| `hanzo captable convertibles list`    | Returns the caller org's convertible notes, newest first.                                                                     |
| `hanzo captable convertibles rm <id>` | Removes one of the caller org's convertible notes, taking its principal out of the cap table's unconverted-instrument totals. |

### Options

| Command                          | What it does                                                                                                                      |

| `hanzo captable options create`  | Grants options to a stakeholder from an equity plan.                                                                              |
| `hanzo captable options list`    | Returns the caller org's option grants, newest first.                                                                             |
| `hanzo captable options rm <id>` | Removes one of the caller org's option grants, taking its shares out of the cap table's granted-options and fully-diluted counts. |

### Plans

| Command                       | What it does                                         |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo captable plans create` | Opens an equity plan that options are granted from.  |
| `hanzo captable plans get`    | Returns the caller org's equity plans, newest first. |

### Rounds

| Command                                  | What it does                                                                                                     |
| ---------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo captable rounds close <id>`       | Closes one of the caller org's fundraising rounds, recording the close date and moving its status to CLOSED.     |
| `hanzo captable rounds create`           | Opens a priced round that investments can be added to.                                                           |
| `hanzo captable rounds get <id>`         | Returns one of the caller org's fundraising rounds together with every investment written into it, oldest first. |
| `hanzo captable rounds investments <id>` | Records one investor's money into an open round.                                                                 |
| `hanzo captable rounds list`             | Returns the caller org's fundraising rounds, newest first.                                                       |

### Safes

| Command                        | What it does                                                                                                    |

| `hanzo captable safes create`  | Records a SAFE — a simple agreement for future equity.                                                          |
| `hanzo captable safes list`    | Returns the caller org's SAFEs, newest first.                                                                   |
| `hanzo captable safes rm <id>` | Removes one of the caller org's SAFEs, taking its capital out of the cap table's unconverted-instrument totals. |

### Shares

| Command                          | What it does                                                                                                                       |
| -------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `hanzo captable shares create`   | Issues a share certificate to a stakeholder.                                                                                       |
| `hanzo captable shares list`     | Returns the caller org's share certificates, newest first.                                                                         |
| `hanzo captable shares rm <id>`  | Removes one of the caller org's share certificates, taking its shares out of the cap table's outstanding and fully-diluted counts. |
| `hanzo captable shares transfer` | Moves shares from one stakeholder to another.                                                                                      |

### Stakeholders
